About Rootrients

Rootrients is a cute yet challenging 2D puzzle game where you build and adapt root networks to feed and grow your plants, overcoming obstacles in a garden that evolves as you progress.

Rootrients es un juego de puzles acogedor pero desafiante en el que construyes y adaptas redes de raíces para alimentar y hacer crecer tus plantas, superando obstáculos en un jardín que evoluciona a medida que avanzas.

How to play

Step into a not-so-tranquil garden and help each plant bloom by connecting its roots to the nutrients it needs at every stage of its life. As they grow and the environment evolves, you'll need to adapt your paths and adjust to new elements to keep the garden alive. Plants tend to be sensitive and picky!

And be aware: once past their seed phase, the more they'll ask, and if you don't fulfil their needs, they will perish.

Adéntrate en un no muy tranquilo jardín y ayuda a cada planta a florecer conectando sus raíces con los nutrientes que necesita en cada etapa de su vida. A medida que crecen y el entorno cambia, tendrás que modificar tus caminos y adaptarte a nuevos elementos para mantener el jardín con vida. ¡Las plantas suelen ser sensibles y exigentes!

Pero ¡cuidado! Una vez que aparezca el primer brote, la planta necesitará más nutrientes y su vida disminuirá hasta que consigas conectarla.

Controls

Left Click - Interact / Place root / Remove root

Right Click - Remove root

Space - Change root interaction mode

Download Instructions

1. Download the file called 'Rootrients - Desired platform'.

2. After downloading it, decompress the .zip file.

3. Lastly, open the game folder and run the .exe file.
